30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Have a return or need an exchange?

Jewett Cameron is dedicated to supporting your online product purchase with the best possible customer service. Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department and they will be able to assist you. We accept returns on most products* for full refund, less the original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and attach your original receipt in the form. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order. NOTE: For any item that is returned without an RMA#, no refund will be issued.

*All parts and accessory sales are final and may not be returned for credit unless defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for opened or used items. All Clearance or Discounted sales are final and may not be returned for credit unless defective or damaged.

Do you have a warranty inquiry?

No problem and we are happy to help you with this, in fact most of our fence products come with a 1-Year and up to a Limited Lifetime warranty depending on the product you have purchased. Once we start the process we'll ask you for orginal receipt, location of purchase and any other information to help us expedite the process for you.
